Issues With Your Order?

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or simply the wrong product, we are happy to offer the following solutions:

A Full or Partial Refund: Credited back to your original payment method.

A Replacement: We will ship the same item to you again at no extra cost.

How to Start a Request

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us at Vosseraofficialhelp@outlook.com within 4 days of receiving your package.

To ensure a speedy approval, please include:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. A brief description of the issue.

  3. Clear photos and a short video showcasing the damage or defect.

Please note: To protect our community and maintain fair pricing, we cannot process requests without visual evidence of the issue.


Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important: Please contact us at Vosseraofficialhelp@outlook.com for a return authorization and instructions before sending your item back to ensure it reaches the right department.


Processing Times

  • Refunds: Once we receive and verify your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days. (Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit to your account).

  • Replacements: We do our best to get your new item on its way within 2–3 business days after your request is approved.


Eligibility & Guidelines

To keep things fair for everyone, please keep the following in mind:

Timeframe: Requests must be initiated within 4 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

Final Sale: Gift cards and sale/clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to decline refunds for items that show signs of wear, alterations, or damage occurred after delivery.

To ensure we can continue offering great service to all our customers, we verify all claims for authenticity. Only one request per item is permitted, and duplicate or fraudulent claims will not be processed.
